On behalf of the SEB JNP took responsibility for the rental, the sales and the marketing management for the former Daimler Areal at the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin and successfully completed the sale to the Canadian investor Brookfield in December 2015.

From 2009 until 2014 JNP Real Estate had an advisory mandate for the Spanish family office Infinorsa. Aside from the new acquisition of office projects and existing properties the task of this mandate was also the optimisation and the sale of already in the past purchased projects. One example is the division and the separate sale of the property area Französische Straße 8 / Glinkastraße 34 in Berlin-Mitte.
Amongst others the area Leipziger Platz 18/19 was purchased, a project development for an office and commercial building has been completed. The project will be implemented in 2017/18 and will remain in Infinorsa’s portfolio.
